1. Eligibility
1.1 The Great Big Breakfast 2024 Flip’tastic social media competition (the “Competition”) is open to UK residents except employees of Magic Breakfast.
1.2 The Competition is open for entry between Monday 05 February 2024 and Monday 26th February 2024.
1.3 The Competition will close at midnight on Monday 26th February 2024 and no further entries will be permitted.
2. Competition Entry
2.1 The competition can be entered via Magic Breakfast’s Instagram (@magicbreky) and Facebook (Magic Breakfast) only.
2.2 The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
- Send your flip’tastic challenge video through Instagram/Facebook tagging @magicbreky / @Magic Breakfast and use the hashtag #GreatBigBreakfast
2.3 Multiple entries per person are accepted.
2.4 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
3. Winner Selection and Prizes
3.1 One winner (the “Winner”) will be chosen by a panel from Magic Breakfast. All entries will be watched, rated, and the individual receiving the highest rating will win.
3.2 The Winner will be notified from @magicbreky or @Magic Breakfast by DM no later than 1st March 2024
3.3 The Winner will only ever be contacted by @magicbreky on Instagram/ @Magic Breakfast on Facebook.
3.4 If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Magic Breakfast reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.
3.5 The Winner consents for their name, email address and contact number to be shared with Magic Breakfast to arrange shipping of the prize.
3.6 The £50 Prezzee Dining Smart eGift Card will be delivered via email.
4. Prizes
4.1 The Winner will receive one Prezzee Dining Smart eGift Card (RRP £50)
4.2 If a prize is declined or if the Winner forfeits their award then Magic Breakfast may at their absolute discretion select alternative winners.
4.3 The prize is as stated, is not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
5. General
5.1 Any entries containing any third-party intellectual property without prior informed consent from the rights holder, or inappropriate language or imagery will be disqualified.
5.2 By entering this Competition, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms and Conditions. Magic Breakfast shall disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by the Terms and Conditions and/or are in breach of the terms and conditions.
5.3 English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
5.4 Participants must hold Meta harmless from liability and acknowledge that this giveaway is in no way endorsed, administered or associated with Meta.
